Explanation of Insert Work Item Command

As you know, Automation Anywhere's Control Room is a central interface that allows you to manage and monitor all processes of
your RPA infrastructure.

One of its key features of Control Room Admin is to manage various work items using the Workload queue page.

But how do we create these work items in the Control Room work load page?

Automation Anywhere Enterprise version 11 allows you to add new work items or new input data to the Queues using the insert work item command.
This Command is a new feature and part of the Control Room Workload Management Feature.

During run time, when a bot creator or bot runner client executes the insert Work Item Command,the values associated with each column are
added to the Work list Queue selected in the command.

In order to use the Insert Work Item Command, there are some criteria to be considered.

These include:

-> You need to have a bot creator license.
-> You need to have setup the queue in the Control Room Workload page prior to using it in a task bot.
-> You must be added as a participant in a Queue or Queues in the Control Room, otherwise, Not enough previleges error
condition occurs.


Note: If the Queue is in the run mode and associated with a bot to process work items in the queue, a STAGED error condition occurs.
