Web Controls are objects on web pages that run when the page is requested and render markup to a browser.

The manage web controls command captures objects on the web page and works with them.

You can use Manage Web Controls Command to insert actions on links,check boxes, radio buttons, drop-down menus and other objects.

The Manage Web Controls Command is sub command of the Web Recorder.


Explanation of Manage Windows Control Command in the Workbench Command Library

Windows control are User Interface or UI elements that enable user interaction with window-based applications.

Controls are most often used within dialog boxes, but they can also be used in other windows.

Some common windows control include buttons, list box items, text boxes, menu tabs, combo boxes, check boxes and tables.

Automation Anywhere provides manage windows control command to capture these windows control properties to record tasks.

You can use Manage windows control command to perform actions on the controls or assign captured properties to variables.

You can also use this command simultaneously record actions that you perform.

This Command enables you to perform specific actions such as left click, right click and double click.

It also assign captured actions to variable only when using Set or Append text.

Note:Manage Windows Control Command can perform actions that use only standard windows controls.
If your application contains customized controls, it might not be able to capture them.
